Full-time Digital Marketing Manager

Medical Consulting Group, LLC, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our Creative team. We’re seeking an innovative, analytical, digital marketing enthusiast who is ready to support our continued growth and performance in social media.

Job Description:

Provide inventive and intelligent perspective and implementation of a variety of Digital Marketing practices including paid search, online business profile management, display advertising, and social media advertising.

General Job Duties:

  • Help client accounts grow by curating creative and copy for each social media post and advertisement along with scheduling monthly deployment timelines

  • Ensure all client accounts are checked daily to reply to comments and reviews and monitor page growth to make calculated decisions
  • Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights
  • Implement on-going A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, and landing pages
  • Work with web development and design to create dynamic landing pages
  • Work closely with content development teams to implement and consistently optimize content
  • Collaborate and support traditional media team to develop cohesive approaches to digital marketing strategies
  • Manage monthly campaign expenses while working within designated budgets and provide spending recommendations
  • Ability to respond to publicly posted reviews, both negative and positive, in a professional manner
  • Maintain consistent messaging across SEO, SEM, and Social Media ad channels

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have 2-3 year of experience with a passion for digital marketing. Strong working knowledge of PPC and SEO best practices with the ability to analyze performance data and compose insightful reports for clients and internal teams.
