Medical Consulting Group, LLC is searching for a qualified, responsible, and self-motivated individual to fill an immediate full-time, non-exempt position located within its Springfield, MO headquarters.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as receptionist answering and directing main-line phone calls.
  • Assist multiple team members with general clerical, organizational, and office responsibilities, including, but not limited to data entry, transcription, coordination of building maintenance, internal company-related communication.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs to assist with the efficiency and organization of the firm.

Applicants Should Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service acumen
  • Must be able to interface with clients and consistently exude a pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to complete projects with little direction or hand-holding upon completion of training
  • Must uphold the strictest of confidentiality in all personal employee information they will encounter in this role
  • Ability to switch gears and frequently re-prioritize
  • Must be proactive in anticipating executives’ needs and must consistently demonstrate a strong sense of urgency

Medical Consulting Group, LLC is searching for a qualified, responsible, and self-motivated individual to fill an immediate full-time Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist role located within its Springfield, MO headquarters.

Duties:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board, website, etc.
  • Coordinate with department managers in order to find candidates that fit their department needs.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Onboard new-hire employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Orientation duties
  • Conduct background checks and criminal history reports
  • Coordinate company activities and outreach programs
  • Occasional phone line management
  • Assist Human Resources Manager in other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
  • At least two years of recruiting experience
  • Strong level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Medical Consulting Group, LLC is searching for a qualified, responsible, and self-motivated Medical Billing Specialists to fill full-time positions with a growing medical billing company located within its Springfield, MO, headquarters.  Medical Consulting Group’s revenue cycle division services both ambulatory surgery centers and medical practices.

Job Description:

Medical Coder role to include some of the following duties (dependent upon client need):

  • Verifying insurance coverages and estimating patient responsibility
  • Filing claims for procedures and working denials
  • Posting payments and sending patient statements
  • Assisting patients with questions (via phone)
  • Account collection and establishing payment plan arrangements
  • MIPS Quality Reporting assistance

Position will be cross trained in all aspects of the billing department.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in medical billing and collections
  • Experience with ambulatory surgery centers or medical practices preferred
  • Professional attitude and high attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
