Pat Thomas’s nursing background includes over 30 years of management and consulting experience in multi-specialty and single specialty ASC settings, including freestanding and hospital-based facilities. Once the director for several major metropolitan ASCs, Pat now guides MCG clients through licensure, certification, and accreditation preparedness, including equipment procurement, policy and procedure development, staff recruitment and training, ongoing regulatory compliance, and clinical operations and management.

She received a diploma from St. John’s School of Nursing in Springfield, MO, and a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University. Pat has held the CRNO (Certified Registered Nurse in Ophthalmology) designation since 2005.

Pat lives in Springfield and enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening, and attending her nephew’s sporting events.
