Christi Dockum joins the MCG team with over 22 years in the healthcare industry, specifically Revenue Cycle operations for physicians and clinics. Prior to joining MCG she has been successful in developing and leading revenue cycle operations, involving commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, contract, and TPL account follow up including denial management. She has extensive experience in process improvement and system gap analysis to solve process and billing related issues. Christi has experience in a variety of health care settings and spent many years in leadership at Mercy on the RCM teams. Christi is on the Board of the Design Thinking program at Missouri State University.

Education: BA in Business Administration, MS in Organizational Leadership.

Christi and her husband Buddy live in Ozark, Missouri and have two grown children and three grandchildren. Buddy is a Chaplain in the Army Reserves and a Pastor at a local church.
